Specific treatments
Improve and maximize your quality of life and movement potential.
ACTIVE CELLULAR THERAPY
INDIBA® Active treatment for rehabilitation focuses on promoting natural tissue repair mechanisms to allow the patient to recover safely and free from pain as quickly as possible. This is a non-invasive treatment which involves the delivery of its patented 448kHz monopolar radiofrequency energy deep into the tissues.
HOOKS FOR DIACUTANEUS FIBROLYSIS
The hook is a tool that is used to reach deep muscle tension that we can not reach with fingers. Used for the treatment of adhesions subsequent to an injury (sports or other kind) involving an organized tissue exudation.
STRETCHING
The most established and obvious benefit of stretching is to help improve flexibility and range of moIon. As the body ages, muscles can become tighter and range of motion in the joints can be minimized. A lack of flexibility can cause movement to become slower and less fluid, making an individual more susceptible to muscle strains or other soft tissue injuries.
K-TAPE
Frequently used on top athletes, kinesio-taping (or K-Tape) aims to restore the body tissue mobility. This method reduces muscle and joint pain, and also activates the lymphatic system by promoIng the elimination of toxins in the body.
ELECTRO-THERAPY
Electro-stimulaIon has several objectives: to calm the pain due to rheumatism or osteoarthritis, to physically prepare an athlete, to strengthen and tone the muscles and even to relax certain muscles. There is no side effect and this technique remains non-aggressive and non-medicated.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping massage targets deep tissues by creating suction and lifting the skin over the muscles, because of this the blood vessels and capillaries expand. As the area receives a fresh infusion of blood, it is flooded with nutrients and oxygen that work to heal the damage and injuries.
